Hi! I'm Brian La and I'll be your co-president of Tri-m/Forte this year! I play the viola and I'll be spending my final year at Homestead in Orchestra. I've been playing the viola for the past 6 years. In my free time, I like to solve Rubiks Cubes/puzzles, play tetris, and read manga. Hope to have a great year with everyone!
Kiarra Ning

Hi! My name is Kiarra Ning, and I'm so excited to be your Co-President this year! I play viola in the Homestead Chamber Orchestra and the Senior Symphony in GSYO, and tenor saxophone in jazz ensemble. I love doing archery and playing badminton in my free time, crafting, and enjoying the outback of Australia.
Erin Su

Hi guys! I'm Erin, and I am so excited to be part of Tri-M as a senior this year. I've been playing piano for the past 13 years. I played in Jazz Ensemble during freshman year, and since sophomore year I've been the accompanist for Homestead's choirs. When I'm not practicing or teaching piano, I like to listen to music, find new boba places, and go on walks with my dog. On the weekends, I love going on picnics and watching the sunset with my friends. I also created a blog for my piano students (check it out here!). I love to meet new people, so feel free to come say hi! <3
Avery Chen

Hi! My name is Avery, and I am super excited to be your VP Internal of Tri-M! I’m a sophomore; I played piano for 10 years and flute for 6 years. I am thrilled to be a student leader in marching band, principal flutist of wind 1, and join the California Youth Symphony Senior Orchestra! I am also the Associate Director of Notelove, a non-profit organization that provides free music lessons to students in the Bay Area. When I’m not practicing or volunteering, I enjoy watching Survivor (feel free to talk w/ me about any season or player!), playing with my dog, baking, and running. Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Andrea, your Secretary/Treasurer. I’m a senior and i play flute in Wind 1 and marching band. Besides music, I love to watch movies, volunteer, and bake. Also, feel free to send me your favorite Vines and Tiktoks! Looking forward to a wonderful year of music together!
Evelyn Tanzil

Hi I’m Evelyn, I’m a senior, and I’m one of your activities directors for this year! I’ve played piano for the last 12 years and percussion for the last 6 years. I’ve been in Homestead’s Wind Ensemble 1 and Symphony Orchestra for the last 2 years playing percussion. I’m also a part of Homestead’s Marching Band and Winter Percussion. In addition, I’ve been a part of the Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets on vibraphone. I’m super excited to be on the Tri-M/Forte officer team again this year and I can’t wait to start planning fun events for you all!
